Carbon emissions

In the Middle East and North Africa  carbon emissions  have doubled in the past 30 years. Most of emissions problems come from rich countries which produce oil and gas .Emissions come from burning fossil fuels for electricity and transportation and this affects the climate .Aabian Gulf has the highest ecological footprint in the world. While other like Yemen and North Africa emit less.

One of the mean reasons of the problem is inefficiency in energy usage therefore the UAE, one of the countries with a high rate of emission, is trying to create solutions to the problem. Improving efficiency standards is a move in the right direction to reduce the emission of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases. Abu Dhabi government is interest to reduce the emission so, they develops the strategies and policy to control level of emission.
